Refreshing and quick to make, this chunky cucumber salad has good crunch and is fragrant with ponzu and sesame oil.
Serves 2
Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon ponzu sauce
1/2 tablespoon soya sauce
1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
1/4 tablespoon sesame oil
Shichimi togarashi to taste
Sesame seeds
1 cucumber, cut into chunky quarters, deseeded
Mix all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and and cucumber in a large bowl.
Add the cucumber and mix thoroughly. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
