Cucumber salad with ponzu sauce


Refreshing and quick to make, this chunky cucumber salad has good crunch and is fragrant with ponzu and sesame oil.


Serves 2


Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon ponzu sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon soya sauce

  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar

  • 1/4 tablespoon sesame oil

  • Shichimi togarashi to taste

  • Sesame seeds

  • 1 cucumber, cut into chunky quarters, deseeded


Mix all the ingredients except the sesame seeds and and cucumber in a large bowl.


Add the cucumber and mix thoroughly. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
